November Holdings Corporation founded on 11/21/1996 as Alan's Hyperstudio Club (AHC)
1997
April Alan Tan, corporate founder, makes his first computer program
Creates Alan's Computer Society (ACS) after Take your Child to Work Day 1997
AHC first "unit" of society
"Kid Incorporated" added as second "unit"*
May Adrienne H. Debigare named inaugural "CEO"**
Alan C. Tan named inaugural "President"**
June Founder Alan C. Tan goes on vacation to Malaysia
Club explodes under leadership of Adrienne Debigare in Alan's Absence

AHC wraps up a sucessful year with 15 members

March PEG created, later became Aytan Internet Services, along with several other divisions
June Organization at its largest, membership wise with 23 or so divisions
September Thomas W. Kraynak joins the Company
2001
February Internal struggle for power leads for expulsion of several members, Tom Kraynak is promoted during this time
March TAG Survivor takes foot... One "executive" (Andrew Clark) fired and rejoined several times
April Initial Copyright Application filed for Tempulator, later to be called Alan API
(Tempulator was the latest version of the TAGGER SubOperating System, formed as a common runtime and interface for multiple operating systems in 1998)
May Planning began to bring the organization into an incorporated state and to convert it to a for-profit business
Letters sent to several big corporations in attempt to sell Tempulator CLR and platform.
June Letters sent in May backfired as replies noting that ideas can be used without credit to the original author was recieved.
September Majority of current corporate members enter High School

February Corporate Personnel succeed in convincing Chairman Alan Tan to reduce size of organization
March Accelerated planning began for incorporation prerequsites
December Senior Vice President of HCITS Shared Services Geoffrey N. Spector Joins Corporation
2003
February Geoffrey N. Spector brings company first possible major client, incorporation plan accelerated
May Executive positions in proposed organization assigned within current TAG organization
June Pre-Organization Plan finalized by Alan
July First Execution Meeting of Organizational Plan for entity status in Connecticut
September Alan and other senior personnel pool together necessary funds for incorporation
December All Organizational Plan tasks are completed including the necessary consent to file the conversion paperwork.
2004
January Attempt #1 at Incorporation, failed due to minor paperwork error.
March Attempt #2 failed due to check improperly made, Attempt #3 filed with the CT Secretary of the State
April Attempt #3 accepted for filing, existence as independent entity begins
July Corporation applys for all necessary permits and tax identification numbers
August Chairman and CEO Alan Tan begins Computer Security and Networking research project, later converted to Honors in Research, full year project (without the full credit.)
September Corporation leases first server, sponsors 2004 Royal Blues Invitational
October Corporation takes over sites for RHHS Music Department, royalblues.org created

January H. Cathy Zhu joins the company
David W. Hale tapped by Chairman and CEO Alan Tan to take over ITComm Division
February Corporation releases Alan API Single Login System into production, all forums upgraded
Corporation begins work overhauling network at latest business client
March Plans for creating a stock corporation worked out, ultimately failed
Virginia H. Li proposes accounting unit division of the Holdings Company
April Chairman and CEO Alan C. Tan formally invites both Virginia H. Li and Y. Kalen Li into the corporation to fill missing accounting roles
Honors in Research project frozen for thesis and dissertation to be written, items learned pushed into corporate research and development
Smart Card project for the company begins based on results of Honors in Research project

Contractor hiring continues
Corporation embarks on new strategic vision set by Chairman, President, and CEO Alan C. Tan to increase corporate profitablity
Unit heads Andrew Y. Tan, President and CEO of Aytan Internet and David W. Hale, President and CEO of TAGNet ITComm, finalize new business plans under Alan's vision
2007 Corporate Web Design released
Corporation Web-based Self Service and Financial Systems for Principals and Contractors released
February July 2006 hack attack against corporate Active Directory finally cripples the old domain and forces rebuilding.
March Aytan Internet Services offers Microsoft Exchange 2007 Hosting Services to clients.

Holdings Company forced to completely rebuild network due to massive Active Directory failure.

March Corporation begins to weather a targeted hacker attack against its network infrastructure. As a result, a lot of servers are retired.
April Corporation completes mitigation strategy successfully and does root cause analysis on targeted hacker attack. Corporation implements new policies and procedures to prevent a repeat of the Feb/Mar 2008 attack.
