Sets the Direction of the Holdings Company and all of it's units
The Holdings Company Division of Senior Management is ultimately responsible for all of the operations
of the Company, and recieves the reports and gives oversight of the Company's other divisions, units,
and subsidaries.
The Executive Vice President oversees the general operations of the Holdings Company and its business
units, along with the Shared Information Technology Services of the business and the Senior Vice President
oversee the Shared Financial & Accounting Services of the Holdings Company. All participate in advising
the President of the Company on important decisions.

Vice President of Investment Operations and CCO: Vacant
Assistant Vice President of Financial Operations: Vacant
Oversees the Financial and Accounting Operations of the Company
The Holdings Company Financial Accounting Services division is responsible for all of the checkwriting,
accounting, investments, governmental relations, and other financial operations of the Company. The Division
is also responsible for the investments by the Junior Partners and Partners of the Corporation by agreement
and directive of the Holdings Company Board of Directors. The Division is required to create a general
report yearly for the Annual Report of the Corporation. The only operation that the Division does not
conduct is the external audit, which is performed by the Board Audit Committee or by an external entity.

Oversees the Information Technology Operations and Implementation at the Company
The Holdings Company Information Technology Services division is responsible for all of the operations,
design, implementation, maintainance, and all other Information Technology operations of the Company. The
Division is required to create a general report yearly for the Annual Report of the Corporation. The Division
also provides the helpdesk support for the company, maintains licensing, and maintains all of the corporation's
web sites, networks, and servers.
